Any seaman who has booked online and wishes to cancel may do so online. Refund will be
initiated via payment method
Any seaman who is already checked in and wishes to check out earlier may do so at the
reception. The refund due will be affected via the payment method.
Any seamen who has booked manually at the reception will receive his refund in his nominated
bank account only.
For booking it is advised to use local/domestic bank accounts. Refund cannot be processed to
NRI/NRE/NRO accounts.
