Service Delivery

Indian Sailors' Home Society provides accommodation booking services. As we offer services rather than physical products, the following policy applies:

1. Service Availability: Our booking services are available 24/7 through our online platform. Physical accommodation is available at our facilities in Mumbai.
2. Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive an immediate confirmation via email and SMS with your booking reference number.
3. Check-in Process: Upon arrival at our facility, please present your CDC (Continuous Discharge Certificate) and booking confirmation at the reception desk. Check-in is available during office hours (0700 to 2300 hrs).
4. No Physical Shipping: As we provide accommodation services, there are no physical goods to be shipped. All services are provided on-site at our facilities.
5. Documentation: All booking confirmations, receipts, and related documents are provided digitally via email. You can also download receipts from your booking history page.
